Florence Losey Dutcher (Flo), born May 29, 1912, in New York City, NY, died August 6, 2013 in Charlotte, NC.

Flo graduated from Panzer College of Physical Education (now Montclair State University) of East Orange, NJ, in 1933 with a Bachelor of Physical Education degree. She then graduated from Columbia University Teacher’s College with a Master’s degree. She then taught in the Hudson County and Bergen County NJ public school systems from which she retired from in 1977. Flo was a lifelong member of Delta Kappa Gamma, International Society of Key Women Educators.

She is survived by Virginia Losey Merkel of Charlotte, NC.
