Anthony T. Forty, 75, of Park Ridge, NJ, passed away on February 23, 2011. 

Born and raised in Bergenfield, NJ. Beloved husband of Emilia "Amy." Devoted father of Beth (Forty) Parsons and her husband George of Garnet Valley, PA and Susan (Forty) Hodgins and her husband Andrew of Park Ridge. Dear brother of Irene Hendrickson and the late William Forty. Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Emily, Jonathan and Matthew. Loving uncle of four nieces. 

Anthony received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and a Masters Degree from Seton Hall. He was a Physical Education teacher for 36 years. First, at Park Ridge High School where he coached the 1964 State Champion basketball team and later taught in the Paramus School district where he coached his favorite sport of golf. 

After retiring, he enjoyed his passion for camping and golf. Interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Anthony may be made to the Park Ridge Varsity Athletic Club, Attn: Athletic Director, 2 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, NJ 07656.
