Di Benedetto, Amelia, age 91, of Paramus NJ, formerly of Astoria, NY, died on Sunday, November 25, 2012. 

Amelia was the beloved wife of Ettore Di Benedetto, and the devoted mother of Sandra Chmielewski and Robert Di Benedetto. She was the dear sister of Mary Calbi and Esther Masiello and the loving grandmother of Joseph and Laura Chmielewski and David and Matthew Di Benedetto. 

“Emily” attended Pratt Institute in NYC where she studied graphic arts. She worked for many years as a secretary in the Paramus High School Guidance Office and the Ridgewood Board of Education. She was a member of the Paramus Congregational Church and the Paramus Pioneers. 

Interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
