John Henry Cheringal, 56, of Ramsey, formerly of Hewitt, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015. Before retiring John worked for Newman's Fish Foods as an Office Manager.
Cherished son of Leonard and Evelyn (nee Boyajy) Cheringal of Paramus. Dear brother of Nancy Newman and her husband Rick of Mahwah. Devoted uncle of Kristen and Jennifer and great-uncle of six great nieces and nephews.

Hello-
I remember John.
He was always with the girls, getting involved with them with something.
I did not know what he was into but, he always seamed always happy.
I always wished that I could have gotten to know some of the girls that he hung around with.
Anyway, I have a nice HS memory of him.
