Lawrence J. Albert
Lawrence J. Albert, 25, od f Paramus, died Tuesday April 27, 1977, in Pittsburgh. Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Albert had been a resident of Paramus 13 years.
He was a 1969 honors graduate of Paramus High School and in 1973 he received a B.S. degree in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. He currently was completing his doctorate studies at the university. Mr. Albert was employed as a systems analyst for Raytheon Corp. in Bedford, Mass.
He was a Life Scout, Order of the Arrow, and an assistant scoutmaster in Massachusetts. He was a member of the American Defense Preparedness Association, U.S. Naval Institute, MIT Strategic Games Society, the Massachusetts Bicentennial Council of Minutemen Historical Committee, and the Wilmington Company of Minutemen. Mr. Albert also was a member of Tau Beta Pi, Pi Mu Epsilon, Phi Kappa Phi, and Pi Tau Gamma fraternities. He is listed in the 1975-76 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges."
Surviving are his parents, Bert and Regina Albert; his sister, Ilene; and his brother, Philip, all of Paramus. Burial in Beth El Cemetery, Paramus.
