It is with regret that I inform you of the passing of Mrs. DeLauro, a gifted educator who was at Paramus High School from the day its doors opened in 1957 until 1976.  If you ever learned a word of Spanish, or any other foreign language, Mrs. DeLauro played a hand in your ability in communicate in something other than English.  As Chair of the Foreign Language Department, she played a key role in developing programs many of us benefited from.

She was respected by her peers, liked by her students, and loved by her family.  Surely she will be missed by all.
