Edward D. "Eddie" Miller
January 3, 1983 - December 5, 2021
Edward Dionisio Miller, of Paramus, left this life and entered into eternal life surrounded by loved ones after a tough cancer battle on December 5, 2021, in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
Edward, “Eddie,” born January 3, 1983, in San Gil Colombia. Son of George and Diane Miller. Loving brother of George and Tia. Eddie was born in Colombia, adopted, and raised in Paramus, New Jersey. Edward married his wife Karen on May 6, 2006, in a small intimate setting surrounded by close friends and family. Edward and Karen recently renewed their vows on their 15th wedding anniversary. Graduate of Eastwick College with a degree in cardiac stenography, Eddie worked as a medical assistant at Englewood Cardiology and vascular in Fair Lawn. With goals of furthering his career, Eddie was currently enrolled at Kean University studying to become a physician's assistant. A great soccer player, a devoted friend, and brother until the end. A devoted catholic, Edward spent much time in his favorite place, St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church.
Eddie is survived by his loving wife Karen Doria Miller. His parents George and Diane. Younger brother George and wife Nicole Miller, nephews and niece, Tyler, Lilliana, and Maximus. Younger sister Tia “peets” and future brother-in-law Michael. In Colombia, in-laws Adis Doria and Teresita Lugo de Doria. Sisters-in-law, Teresita Doria, her husband Deiro Jose Doria, and their children Dahianora, Dylan, and Dihara. Gregoria and Jose Gregorio, and their son Gabriel Negete. Brothers-in-law Kevin Doria, his wife Leidy and their children Mia and Santiago. Luis Gabriel, his wife Mary Sandy, and their daughter Mariateresa.
Edward leaves behind the very large Diaz Perez Family of San Gil, Colombia.
Burial at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, the Miller family asks that donations be made in Edward’s name to the Stations of the cross at St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church 324 Market St, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407.
