Lovell, Richard Jr. age 58, of Tampa Florida, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 after a tough battle with cancer. 

Loving partner of Santiago Arroyo of Tampa, FL. and “Dad” to their furry kids, Maisy and Junior.  Treasured brother of Bernard Lovell, Kevin Lovell and Laura Kocher and her husband Daniel. Beloved uncle of Jessica Lynn and Kevin Christopher (Danielle) and their son Hudson. 

Born in Suffern, NY,  Rick lived in Paramus and then East Rutherford, NJ after high school.  He was the beloved 1st born son of Helen Lovell (Chopek) and Richard W. Lovell Sr.  He graduated from Paramus High School in 1978 and worked for Pathmark Supermarkets as a frontend store manager for close to 20 years before moving to Florida in 1996.  He worked as a Property Manager in Florida for many years, most recently with A&P Management in Tampa. 

Rick was a parishioner of St. Timothy R.C. Church in Tampa. After moving to Dover FL. last year, he attended the church of the Nativity where he enjoyed attending the early 7:30am masses and then going out for breakfast afterwards. 
 

Family will receive friends on Thursday October 18, 2018 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 am on Friday October 19, 2018, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home followed by a 9:45 am Funeral Mass at St. Elizabeth RC Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
