MARGULIS--Michael H. The partners, associates, and staff of Duane Morris LLP mourn the loss of Michael H. Margulis, our corporate partner, who was the co-founder of the firm's New York office. Michael was truly a force of nature and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael's astonishing intelligence, energy, kindness, and loyalty were an inspiration to all of us. We extend our condolences to his wife Amy, his children Rebekah and Daniel and to his entire family.
