Karen Palsa

Karen Ann Sprague, age 62, of Brick, NJ passed away July 11, 2017 at Laurelton Village Nursing Home. She was born in Hackensack, NJ, lived in Paramus, NJ prior to moving to Brick 30 years ago. She graduated from Paramus High School and attended Bergen Community College. She also worked as a type setter for the Ocean County Review in Seaside Heights. Karen enjoyed reading, feeding the birds, going to the beach, she also loved her many pets.

She is predeceased in death by her parents, Thomas P., and Ann Palsa and, brother Thomas B. Palsa.

Surviving Karen are her husband, Jeffrey Sprague; her daughter, Dana Ann Sprague; her sister, Jane Welsh.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Karen's name to the Associated Humane Society at Popcorn Park P.O. Box 43 Forked River, NJ 08731
