Ron Braham (1967)
I'm sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. He was the first guy to threaten me with a beating and after I told him to screw off we were pretty good friends. Haven't had any contact since Paramus, but he is missed
Mike Danylchuk (1967)
I remember Bruce from OLV and PHS Football. Starting in OLV Bruce was a menacing figure. He was huge by my standards. He had an infectious laugh and smile. His face just light up and you could see the fun in his eyes. Never said or did a mean thing but just seemed like he could. Expecially with the last name of Muklevicz. More menacing than Danylchuk for sure. He was friends with my brother Bob and a great football teammate.
Never saw Bruce after PHS but oddly enough, my wife Maria and I met his brother Joe and his wife (pretty sure) in the pool at the Kauai Beach Club several years ago. We had a great time reminiscing of our days in PHS. I believe Joe was a Capt. of the Football team several years ahead of me. Of course we spoke of Bruce too.
Joe, my sincere condolences to you and the family for your loss. RIP Bruce.
Joe Muklevicz (1961)
Thank you Mike. You described Bruce perfectly!
He will be remembered for his sense of humor and loyalty to his family and friends.
I do remember Roberta and I talking with you and Maria in Kaui. The Danylchuk name is well known and respected within the sports history of PHS.
Thank you again for your kind words in remembrance of my brother Bruce.
Stay well,
Joe
