Billy was my first boyfriend when we were in Kindergarten. Although
We were not close in HS we always stayed friends! So sorry to hear
Of his passing. I thought of him often and he will missed by all.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was always finding something to get in to. I remember one day at Westbrook JHS, both he and Mike Donnellan had a spat. Well, Billy was about 4' 6", and Mike was closing in on 6'. Bill took off running, made a "u" turn, and at top speed, left his feet off the ground, planting them right in Mike's chest, picked himself up, rubbed his hands, and walked away. Mike never got over it, and Billy? You could hear him laugh a mile away!!
I will miss him, as I miss all my classmates who have passed, just wish it wasn't so fast Bill, if you can hear me, say "Hi" to my other friends that I will see again, some day. God Bless You, and Keep You,
Frank DePauw
