38, of Granada, Spain on Sunday, July 13, 2008, after a valiant battle against cancer. He was born and raised in Paramus, NJ and moved overseas after completing his studies at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1991.

Dominick’s passion and expertise was the Mediterranean culture, wine, cuisine and travel. Turning his passion into a career, Dominick was the President and founder of Mediterranean World Heritage Association in Granada, Spain.

Beloved husband of Miryam Ruiz-Ramos.  Cherished son of Luigi and Barbara (nee Fontana) Vene of Paramus. Dear brother of Elena Capicchioni, Barbara Anderson and her husband Joseph and Christina Vene, all of Paramus. Loving uncle of Amanda & Ryan Capicchioni, Lauren, Jillian & Joseph Dominick Anderson. Adored grandson of Elena Vene. He is also survived by his aunts: Antonia Vene, Donna Fontana, Maria Fontana and Nina Catania.
