With the setting sun painting the sky in hues of gold, we bid adieu to a man of exceptional talent and extraordinary kindness, Dwight Carlson Roberts, who embarked on his heavenly journey on August 28, 2026. Born in the historic town of West Point, NY, Dwight found his calling in the heart of Hollywood's special effects industry. After a spectacular 40-year career, Dwight bid adieu to his professional life in 2017, leaving behind a legacy of extraordinary creations and countless memories.

Dwight's life, however, didn't merely revolve around his career. At its core was his loving family. He was the cherished husband of Sharon Roberts, his partner in every facet of life since their marriage on November 5, 1977. Their bond was to the power of love and companionship. Dwight was also a doting father to his beautiful daughter Juliet, and a beloved family member to Kiara Boughner. He was the son of the late lilbern and Nancy Roberts, whose memories he treasured deeply.
