Tom was a great person. He had a quiet disposition. We always hung out together at my house. He was. A sweet and kind person. Tom had a great smile. It is sad news to know he has left too early in his life. Deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Tom was a good friend of mine in high school.  He was quiet yet he had a presence and was fun to be around.  I remember him on the football field representing the PHS Spartans, playing schoolyard ball with him, and some times just hanging out.  He has left us too soon and I focus my thoughts and prayers with his family.  I know the class of 1970 will miss him.

What a precious and gentle person Tom was.  I am so so sad to hear of this loss of our classmate.  My deepest sympathy to his family.  They will be in my prayers.

Ouch. Such a happy go lucky guy. I can not help but remember the time that Jody Esposito and I pulled out a kid from the 'drink' during the Memorial Day flood of 68 at the Duck Pond in Ridgewood. It made the paper and Tom K kept calling out "hero" every time he would see us in the hallway. It was all in fun. Those were the days...

What sad news.  I remember hanging out with Tom, playing sports and cards outside of school, and especially going up state during our high school and college years.  When Tom was at Trenton State, and I ran for William Paterson, he'd always come to the meets at Trenton State to cheer me on.  I could always count on seeing his smiling face sitting in the stands at the finish line.  Rest in peace Tom.

to all the folks saying such kind, thoughtful and funny stories about my brother Tom, i can't express enough the joy it brought me..it has taken me too long time to thank you and i sincerely apologize. it has been a difficult time realizing that there were folks like you all that cared about Tom too. i had only called Howie Gunter (who i just found out passed away 8/23) to tell him because he's the only one i

could remember as being a
friend...when he asked if we were going to have a service, i was surprised, thinking no one cared.
back in the mid 70s, Tom got me a job through Howie at the Lido II in New Milford, such great times and stories..
too bad Tom's life was short lived..
please feel free to reach out to me..and again, all your kind words are gratefully appreciated and forever comforting..
my best to you all.
