David was born on June 5, 1947 and passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011.  A resident of Englishtown, New Jersey, he garduated from Paramus High School in 1965.  David was photographer for the school newspaper and an avid music lover with an amazing record collection that was lovingly given to his girlfriend, Louise.
