CARLBERG 
Dale Jr., 72, of Washingtonville, NY, formerly of Mahwah, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014.  He was a parishioner of the Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River, a member of the New Jersey Teachers Association and coached both Junior Varsity and Varsity tennis for 25 years. Coach Carlberg was a career teacher of Social Studies in Paramus High School for 32 years before retiring from active classroom teaching in 1998.

 
Cherished husband of 41 years to Sandra Leigh Carlberg (nee Henerickson). Beloved father of Tricia Leigh Carlberg. Loving brother of Carolyn Ann Downing of Indianapolis, IN. and James Edwin Carlberg of Carmel, IN.
