Denise M. Brennan, longtime area resident, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ. She was 65.  Daughter of Marie Moseley Garv and the late Ben Garv, she was born in Teaneck, NJ on October 7, 1950.

Denise is survived by her husband, Edward J. Brennan, Jr. of Tuxedo, NY, her daughters, Colleen Kerwan and husband John of Washingtonville, NY, Traci Brennan of Greenwood Lake, NY, Shannon Walty and husband Michael of Ramsey, NJ, her mother, Marie Garv of Slate Hill, NY; her brother, Erik Garv of Lake Hopatcong, NJ, her sister Patricia Von Borstel of New Hampton, NY, 3 grandchildren, Jack, Katie & Maddie as well as nieces and nephews.
