Michael Robert Molnar (1963)

Alex Wallachy was born on November 9, 1944.

I knew Alex from OLV School. He moved to Paramus from Weehawken in the mid-50’s. Alex entertained us with wonderful character drawings that demonstrated his artistic skills. He had a vibrant (if not unusual) sense of humor which he illustrated in my Delphinian ‘63.

Few of us may remember that he did the cover (shown below) for our first class reunion  on 7 Sept, 1968 at Club 17.

Alex retired to the desert area of California where he lived with his pets, a dog and parakeet. He passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in Ridgecrest, CA.
