Kathleen Wirth (nee Harper), 63, a lifelong resident of Paramus, passed away on Saturday December 21, 2013. Beloved wife of Dennis. Loving mother of Kristina and Dennis J. Cherished sister of Chip Harper and wife Connie, Joe Harper and wife Lee and Rosemary Harper. Dearest sister-in-law of Michael Wirth and wife Linda and Thomas Wirth and wife Kathy. Sweet daughter-in-law of Roseann Wirth. Devoted aunt of Jennifer, Bryan, Joey, Molly, Michael, Steven, and Kristen and loving aunt of Sr. Frances Gerard.

What a sweet person Kathy was! She has been a quiet presence in our lives through the decades. Craig knew Kathy from OLV, and I knew her from my Girl Scout Troop. Kathy was the cashier at the Suburban Diner, where Craig and I went faithfully practically every single night we dated, throughout our senior year, and she joked about it in my yearbook. Even if we only exchanged Christmas cards or emails, we stayed in touch. We will miss Kathy terribly, and our hearts go out to her family.

Kathy was a sweet lovely girl. I remember her from OLV as well as PHS. We grew up in the same neighborhood and I remember seeing her walking to school and Church at OLV, often with her brothers Chip and Joe. I'm very sorry to hear this news and send my sincere condolences to her family. To Chip and Joe with whom I shared so many childhood memories my wishes that your sadness is eased with wonderful memeories of Kathy.
