HYNES Patrick N., age 62 of Toms River, formerly of Paramus, passed in peace surrounded by family and friends on January 9, 2015.
Patrick worked many years as a zoning and fire official for the Township of Millstone before just recently retiring. He also proudly served as a volunteer firefighter in Paramus for Fire Company No. 1 and later for Silverton Volunteer Fire Co. in Toms River.
Beloved husband of Patricia Ann Hynes. Loving father of Patrick C. Hynes and his wife Kadina of Paramus, Matthew P. Hynes and his wife Heather of Brick and proud grandfather "Pop-Pop" of Henry Hynes and Kaya Hynes. Patrick is also survived by his siblings Peter Hynes Jr., Robert Hynes, Christopher Hynes, Mary Reagan and Ann McAliney and was adored by Julieann, Jessica, Kimberly, Stephanie and James Palumbo. Patrick leaves behind many other friends and family who will always remember his quick wit, sense of humor and spirit.
