In Memory

Linda T Cavicchioli (Gravina) - Class of 1960

Linda T. Gravina, 67, of Kattskill Bay, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Naples Community Hospital in Florida.  Linda was born on Aug. 7, 1942, to Mario and the late Rose Cavicchioli of Paramus, N.J.

Linda was a graduate of Rutgers University, taught elementary school for several years, and dedicated her life to being an outstanding wife and mother. For nine years, Linda and her family ran the Algonquin Restaurant in Bolton Landing.

Linda's loving spirit, strong will and inner strength were a source of great inspiration for all whose lives she touched. Though Linda faced many incredible challenges during her life, she will be most remembered for her exceedingly kind heart and caring soul.

Linda will be greatly missed by her husband of 43 years, Arthur, her father, Mario Cavicchioli, her brother, Raymond Cavicchioli and his family, her sister-in-law, Jacqueline Bolsman and her family, her four sons and their wives: Jay and Sonnet, Glenn and Christine, Craig and Alison, Scott and Caitlin; and her seven grandchildren: Ian, Emma, Carter, Aiden, Ava, Adelle, and Corbin, among many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Linda always celebrated the beauty of life during her short time here with us, but found no greater joy than being surrounded by her loving family and friends
