Anita LaForte-Onofrey

Anita La Forte-Onofrey, of Walden, NY formerly of Paramus, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. Anita was a self-employed as a Property Manager. She graduated from Ramapo College in 1988 and was a strong animal rights advocate. Cherished wife of John Onofrey who she was with for 32 years. Beloved mother of Tyrone Ferretti. Dear sister to Diane Sottilaro, Donna August and her husband Chuck and Marie LaForte. Cherished daughter-in-law of Pauline Herfort. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, New Jersey.
