In Memory

Ralph M. Novello - Class of 1984

Ralph Mark Novello

Ralph “Ralphie” M. Novello age 56, of Oakland, formerly of Paramus, NJ passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 after a battle with type 1 diabetes.

Ralphie worked for Seafood Gourmet of Maywood, NJ where his passion for cooking allowed him to do things for others the best way he knew how - seeing satisfaction and expressions on people’s faces. Ralphie was a die-hard New York Giants and New York Rangers fan and didn’t miss any opportunity to collect memorabilia.

Ralphie was a caring, kindhearted, supportive, and loving family member that will be truly missed. Predeceased by his parents Ralph G. and Lorraine Novello (nee Baloy). He is survived by his loving brothers Anthony & his wife Caesarine Novello,  Ronald Novello & Kenneth Novello. Dear uncle of six nieces and nephews, Caesarine, Anthony, Ronnie, James, Gianna, Desirae and many loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations be made to Ralphie’s GoFundMe https://gofund.me/38c40aca to assist with final farewell and funeral costs. Any monies left over will be donated to the American Diabetes Association.

Cremation will be held privately.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Ralph.  Although I didn't know him personally.  I have memories of him cooking at the Fireplace Restaurant in Paramus.

Ralphie was a good guy. Had that great smile and was very friendly. My condolences to the family.
