William "Bill" H. Davenport

March 17, 1943  -  March 7, 2023

William Henry Davenport, age 79, of Forked River passed away on Tuesday. March 7, 2023 at Tallwoods Care Center, Bayville. William was born in Brooklyn and was formerly of Paramus before moving to Forked River in 2011. He worked for Amalgamated Lithographers of America Local one for 31 years before retiring in 1991. Bill was an Army National Guard Veteran. He was known as quiet person.

William was predeceased by his parents Richard and Evelyn Davenport, his brother Marion Davenport, he is survived by his sister Evelyn Bartlett and her husband Jim, nieces and nephews: Tony Schultz and his wife Doris, Susanne Schultz, Lisa Gulino, Kim Costantini and Rich Bartlett. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews.
