Nonna ( Tina ) Doherty, nee Coffey, 56, of New City, NY, died peacefully surrounded by family on February 8, 2016. Born October 21, 1959 in New York, NY, Tina worked as a secretary in New City Elementary School and an administrator at Literacy Volunteers in New City, NY.
Tina is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Neal adoring children, Thomas and Kiera, her siblings Bricin Coffey, Mary Bergin and Patricia Goggin.

Hello-
I remember Tina. She was always one of the prettiest girl in school. I really admired her. She was always one of the smarted kids in class too.
I would see her walk by or be in class wih her and say to myself, boy I wish whe was my girlfriend.
Tina never really talked to me much but I really admired her anyway. I must have been invisible to her.
I guess, I just didnt dress good enough or was not the kind of person she liked. I played in a band and had longer hair.
Anyway, I just want to add my memory of her.
She will be missed.
