Arlene Marie DeVuyst (Patkus)

1942 - 2022

Arlene Marie Patkus, 80, died on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at home. She was born in Teaneck, raised in Paramus and had lived in Marlboro before settling to Jackson 8 years ago. Arlene along with her husband, Frank would spend winters at their home in Stuart Florida. She was a secretary for Prudential for 25 years. Arlene was a member of the Garden Club at the Four Season South Knolls of Jackson and took great solace in spending time at the beach.

She is predeceased by her parents, August DeVuyst and Florence DeVuyst; and her husband of 50 years, Frank George Patkus. She is survived by her loving daughter, Mary Patkus of Freehold Township.

A memorial gathering was held in Freehold Township on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Arlene may be made to The Nature Conservancy, Attn: Treasury, 4245 N.
