Graduated Rutgers College in 1981 and New York Law School in 1984. Practiced law in Paramus firm of Stern, Steiger Croland as an Associate and then Partner until 1995, then joined thhe Morristown firm of Leonard and Butler as a Partner and in 1999, founded Britcher, Leone & Roth in Glen Rock, with Armand Leone, Jr., MD and Mindy Michaels Roth, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice firm representing Plaintiffs. Served as a Founding member of the Board of Trustees of Trial Lawyers Care, the National Pro Bono Project that represented over 1500 of the families following 9/11 for free and as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice from January 2005 until June of 2006. Presently serving on the Board of Govenors of the American Assocaition for Justice. Still playing soccer on a Mens' 48+ Competetive Soccer team based in Montville.
